Booking & Payment
- All reservations are subject to availability and hotel confirmation.
- Prepayment is required before arrival to guarantee your booking. Payment details and the deadline will be provided when your booking is confirmed.
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 noon.
- For airport transfers and tours, please contact CM Local Tour for a separate quotation.
- One date change is permitted when requested at least 7 days before the original check-in date, subject to availability and hotel confirmation. The original rate applies, except for stays during 24 December 2026–3 January 2027, when festive season rates apply.
Cancellation & No-show
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival: no cancellation charge.
- Cancellations made exactly 7 days before arrival: a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount applies.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, or no-shows: a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount applies.
