Easy to moderate. The trail is suitable for travelers with a normal fitness level, but comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Recommended Preparation:
Please wear comfortable walking shoes or sneakers and bring enough drinking water. A light jacket may be useful, especially in the morning, as the weather on Doi Inthanon can be cooler than Chiang Mai city.
