Day 1 – Chiang Mai • Elephant Experience • Journey to Pai

07:00–07:30 | Hotel Pick-up in Chiang Mai

Your journey begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Chiang Mai. Travel north through the countryside toward the Kaeng Kut area, where the first experience of the journey begins.

Morning | Elephant Experience & Lunch

Begin the morning in the peaceful countryside of Kaeng Kut, where you will spend time at a local elephant sanctuary. Meet the elephants, prepare and offer food, and learn about their daily care and the work involved in looking after them.

Rather than rushing through the experience, there is time to observe the elephants, interact with them and enjoy the natural surroundings.

After the morning experience, sit down for lunch before leaving Kaeng Kut and beginning the scenic mountain journey to Pai.

Afternoon | Scenic Journey to Pai

After lunch, continue toward Pai along the mountain road through Northern Thailand. The journey itself is part of the experience, with changing landscapes, forested mountains, and time to enjoy the scenery along the way.

Pai Memorial Bridge

Before entering Pai, stop at the historic Pai Memorial Bridge, a well-known landmark along the old route between Chiang Mai and Pai. Take some time to walk around, enjoy the surroundings, and learn a little about the history of the area.

Pai Canyon

Continue to Pai Canyon, where narrow ridges and naturally eroded landscapes open up to wide mountain views. Take time to walk, enjoy the scenery, and experience one of Pai’s most distinctive natural landscapes.

Evening | Hotel Check-in & Free Time in Pai

After exploring Pai Canyon, continue into Pai town and check in at your hotel. Take some time to relax before enjoying the evening at your own pace.

Explore Pai Walking Street, discover local food, cafés and the atmosphere of this small mountain town, or simply enjoy a quiet evening after the day’s journey.

Dinner is not included, giving you the freedom to choose where and what you would like to eat.

Day 2 – Pai Nature Experience • Return to Chiang Mai

The Elephant and Pai Tour continues through Pai’s mountain scenery, local attractions, and peaceful countryside before returning to Chiang Mai.

Morning | Breakfast at the Hotel

Start the morning with breakfast at the hotel and enjoy a relaxed beginning to your second day in Pai.

09:00–09:30 | Pambok Waterfall

Travel into the countryside to Pambok Waterfall. From the parking area, take a short walk of approximately 10 minutes to reach the waterfall, surrounded by the natural landscape of Pai.

10:00–10:30 | Kho Ku So Bamboo Bridge

Continue through the countryside to Kho Ku So Bamboo Bridge, a long bamboo walkway surrounded by rice fields and mountain scenery. Take time to walk along the bridge, enjoy the peaceful rural landscape, and experience another side of Pai away from the busy town center.

11:00–11:30 | Return to Pai Town

After exploring the countryside, travel back toward Pai town for lunch and some time to relax before the final nature experience of the journey.

Lunch in Pai

Enjoy lunch in Pai before continuing to Sai Ngam Hot Spring.

Afternoon | Sai Ngam Hot Spring

After lunch, continue to Sai Ngam Hot Spring, a natural hot spring surrounded by forest. Take time to relax, enjoy the warm mineral water, or simply appreciate the peaceful natural surroundings before beginning the journey back to Chiang Mai.

Return Journey to Chiang Mai

Leave Pai in the afternoon and travel back through the mountain landscapes of Northern Thailand. Rest along the way and enjoy the changing scenery as the journey gradually returns to Chiang Mai.

Arrival at your hotel in Chiang Mai is expected in the early evening, depending on road and traffic conditions.
